  Especially, T-Die units with high performance and Tandom extruding system has been upgraded continuously over 15 years and Centralized computer system are able to be in excellent reliable productivity and automatic process of XPS Board line.
XPS Foam board by UL Inc. line has a closed cell structures inside board, that makes it be an insullating and protection of Air, Heat, Water and Sound greatly as well as Flame retarding.

General specification for XPS line Components
   
Maximized performance of Extruders
Consisted of 2 Extruders, Primary and Secondly extruders(Tandom system). They are perfectly designed in all of aspects, Melting, Mixing, Cooling functions and allows maximized through out in efficiency. Main functions of Primary extruder is to melt resin and to mix blowing agent and additives to melted resin, these performances have been up-gradeded continuously through accumulated know-how over 15 years. Secondly extruder designed to be in sufficient cooling capacity produces the reliable XPS foam board.
Production of Low Density
Secondly extruder designed to meet cooling capacity sufficiently as well as unique design of T-Die unit to control temperature of sections precisionly comprising T-Die unit are suitable to produce the low density of XPS Board stablely.
Thickness controlled by Computer
All size of thickness is controlled and adjusted through centralized computer(HMI Program system)easily.
It leads to save both operation time and manufacturing
cost heavily, not necessary to replace Die lips according
to thickness.
Automatically controlled
All of factors, Raw material weighing & feeding,Temperature of extruders,T-Die unit, Line speed,
data for operation,Size of products, are monitored and controlled by Auotomation system
(HMI Program).
furthermore saving and management of data.
Adoption of new high technology into XPS line
The specially designed and unique Adaptor units placed between Primary and Secondly Extruders acts as filter, which detects non-properly melted resin and then drains before going into Secondary Extruder. Sequently it effects to down manufacturing cost and to be in stable and reliable quality.

Cut by common saw , kinfe and tools and installed by glue or nails easily, that means
to down installation cost more sharply than other existing insullation board.
Anti-Humidity and Water properties
XPS Board made up with a continued micro closed cell structure so that Water
or Humidity can't infilate into the Board.
