Panel (including Fire retardant and Non-combustible) based on
the turn-key basis i.e. from design, fabrication, manufacturing
& initial test running as well as commissioning and the
special training program concerning the recipe of raw materials
up to independent operation & maintenance of machineries
and equipments by clients' operator by themselves. |

Operating unit (Fully Computerized
Automation System) |

This Fully Computerized
Automation System is capable of operating the whole production
facilities in accordance with the fully computerized operatable
system.
Therefore, it is able to control the speed, temperature,
pressure and time of machineries and the corresponding
equipments as well as the maintaining of the safety and
the current state & figures of present manufacturing
of the products as well.
Accordingly, the total numbers of operators are able to
be minimized and furthermore all the input data is capable
of saving & storing and therefore all the optimized
technical datum as well as the relevant production data
are recordable, restorable and printable
So that all the operators are able to manage the whole
plant very scientifically & efficiently by means of
the most advanced automatic controllable system absolutely. |

Co-Extrusion system |
|
|
This system has been designed
by the UL Inc. only in the world so that not only LDPE
but also poly-glue adhesive is able to be extruded in
accordance with the optimum operating conditions such
as the optimized controlling of temperature & pressure
and the Fine adjustment of thickness and therefore it
is proven globally and regarded as the most advanced technology
that enables customers to be very precisely & accurately
operated,
Being guaranteed the strongest adhesion strength, i.e.
no any de-lamination at all, along with the production
cost saving as well as the convenient operation in this
field of A.C.P. line.
It is also defined that such an adaption of co-extrusion
will keep the constant pressure inside the cylinder and
then the quality of final products will be surely affected
& influenced by means of the uniform & stable
extrusion of both LDPE & Poly-glue adhesive consequently.
We, UL Inc. 're accordingly very proud of supplying this
most advanced technology system to our clients since it
has been already proven from the point of commercial &
technical view as well as the practical experiment concerning
the adhesion strength as compared with

3-Layer T-Die |
|
 |
We only possess this unique
technology of the 3 layer T-DIE system in the world.
Not only very uniform thickness of products but also even
quite thin thickness product are able to extruded smoothly.
This most advanced technology system is enabling the customers
to be manufactured the 1 st class recognized products
which 've been produced by means of the dispersing the
poly-glue adhesive uniformly and therefore it will surely
prevent from the de-laminating and guarantees the strength
of the adhesion quite strongly.
In the result of it, the less consumption of very expensive
poly-glue adhesive is required merely.
It means that only less manufacturing cost is necessary
as compared with the conventional type as well absolutely. |

Polishing roll |
|
 |
The whole surface of polishing
roll which is one of the most important components has
been very specially designed so as to keep and maintain
the constant temperature uniformly and the special safety
device system to be enabled to supply the heated thermal
oil constantly & uniformly were also adopted &
then manufactured.
The polishing roll has been obviously defined that the
thickness of product is able to be adjusted by means of
the accurate & precise controlling device , implementing
such as the very fine adjustment of the clearance between
the both rolls and therefore it is absolutely possible
to obtain the optimum products in accordance with our
so far accumulated know-how and the most advanced technologies
thanks to our R & D teams' sweaty and great efforts
continuously as well.
As the very special Chrome- Molybdenum steel has been
used as for the material of construction and moreover
the special heat treatment were carried out. Accordingly
the surface of polishing roll is being guaranteed concerning
the long life time of the durability against the easily
worn-out absolutely. |

Un-coiler |
|
|
UL Inc. has specially designed
and manufactured bobbin of un-coiler.
It can remove the bobbin mark on the end of Al-Coil.
This technology can avoid loss of Al-Coil sheet with 50
meters over in sometime,So production cost can be decreased
with this technology.
Un-Coiler needs support frame at aonther side of bobbin,
so UL Inc.'s special designed bobbin supporter can solve
twisted unwinding problem of Al-Coil. |

Cutting unit |
|
|
Survomotor is applied in
this unit for exact length cutting along the length direction
and opposite direction by maintaining of fixed speed of
line.
This unit works without opposite angle error because RM
bearing is installed on the rail and specially designed
knife is inatalled for clean shape of cut surface furthermore
hydraulic system is applied for stable cutting by fixed
pressure. |

Stacker |
|
|
A soft surface type of conveyor
belt is applied in this unit for optimum condition of
final product without any damages.
So, this unit can carry various size and thickness of
products to wanting place with safety and without product
loss.
When operator input the data of length and height of stacking
products in millimeter unit, it can move from cutting
to stacking automatically. |

Control Panel |
|
|
UL Inc. control panel has been designed and manufactured
in compliance with the globalize standard safety regulation
so that it is able to and capable of controlling the
accurate temperature, time, pressure as well as the
appropriate voltage and in accordance with the characteristics
of products and corresponding technical data etc.
All the parts and components on the basis of the most
advanced version has been fabricated and mounted and
also the very convenient handling system concerning
operation and maintenance of it were enhanced and adapted
from the point of very scientific design view obviously.
